The challenge

Taking on a live healthcare platform with no disruption to the people relying on it, and no pause in the roadmap.

Syrona Health is a gender-inclusive virtual clinic for chronic gynaecological, reproductive, hormonal and metabolic conditions. Employers buy its SORA platform for their workforce, giving employees personalised care plans, symptom tracking, home testing and unlimited chats with named clinicians. Built over several years, in daily use at enterprise clients and processing special category health data, SORA needed a new development team — a high-risk moment for any live healthcare product.
